1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States, but due to USDA regulations, we may be unable to ship fresh mangoes to certain states with agricultural restrictions. Please check with your state’s guidelines before placing an order.


2. Processing & Shipping Time
β€’ Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
 β€’ Shipping Methods: We use USPS to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
β€’ Delivery Time: Typically, 2-4 business days, depending on location.
β€’ Once the orders are placed, the shipment will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.


3. Shipping Costs
β€’ Standard Shipping: Flat rate based on destination.
 β€’ Free Shipping: Over $100
β€’ Expedited Shipping: Available upon request (additional charges may apply).

4. Shipping Rates
- Standard and Priority Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. All shipping rates will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We are offering promotional free shipping during select periods. Details will be mentioned on our website or promotional materials.

We take great care in packing and shipping your order. If your package arrives damaged, missing items, or appears lost in transit, please contact us right away and we will help.

What to do
β€’ Notify us within 24 hours of delivery (for damaged packages or missing items).
β€’ Email us at contact@mangopetee.us with:
β€’ Your order number
β€’ Photos of the outer box, shipping label, and product damage (if applicable)
β€’ A brief description of the issue

Claims Support (We’ll file it for you)

For eligible cases, Mangopetee will submit the shipping carrier claim on your behalf and coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Resolution

Once the claim is reviewed/approved (or if we confirm a shipping error), we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

β€’ Store credit, or
β€’ Refund (as applicable)

Please note: Carrier claims are subject to carrier rules, documentation requirements, and processing timelines. To support a successful claim, customers must provide requested photos/details promptly.
