Return or Refund Policy

No Return No Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of the fresh mangoes, we have no return no refund policy. Once the order is placed and processed we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. We strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure customer satisfaction.

Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Fresh Fruits:
β€’ No returns or refunds will be accepted for fresh fruit purchases.

Other Processed Agro-products:
β€’ Returns and refunds are available for non-perishable items, subject to the following conditions:
β€’ The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
β€’ A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
β€’ Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
β€’ If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours/days of delivery with photos as proof.
Β β€’ We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
