Mangopetee is a woman owned minority owned small business established during COVID pandemic time in the state of Maryland, USA. In Summer 2023, we proudly introduced Mangopetee's premium Alphonso (Hapus, known as the "King of Mangoes") mangoes from the Ratnagiri-Konkan region of Maharashtra, and Kesar mangoes variety from Gujarat, India, to America. We bring a true ' Home Away from Home' experience to families across the USA and proudly support Indian farmers, empower special needs children, and serve multicultural communities throughout the USA. From Dec 2025, we are launching our unique premium quality Kokan Agro Products. All Mangpetee brand products are imported per U.S. norms; APEDA-sourced (India's official agro export authority), lad tested with product label reviews done through US FDA compliant consultants.

At Mangopetee, our journey begins in the sun-kissed orchards of India, where generations of farmers have cultivated mangoes and other tropical fruits with passion and expertise. Born out of a love for nature’s sweetest gift, our business bridges the vibrant flavors of India with the discerning palates of the USA.

Meet the Founder

Mangopetee was founded by Priya Joshi, a healthcare and public-health–driven entrepreneur who believes that business can be a force for community impact. Priya works in the pharmaceutical industry in the United States, bringing experience in clinical research where quality, compliance, and patient-centric thinking matter every day.

Priya is also pursuing her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) in Global Health Leadership at Indiana University’s Fairbanks School of Public Health. Her academic focus strengthens Mangopetee’s mission: improving community well-being, supporting responsible sourcing, and building inclusive opportunities—especially for families and special-needs communities.
